  I was horrified to see what VIP did to my desk drawer front. The front was worn where a chair had rubbed it and I expected him to stain it and match the rest of the furniture. He painted it instead and when I asked him to redo it he said he would only paint it even more making it look even more heavy handed. Unacceptable and it looks horrible. Not recommended.

  Bob was great. We had an issue with a fairly new couch and the corresponding warranty from a local furniture store. The repair tech from the furniture store did an embarrassing job. Long story short, Bob repaired multiple furniture store technicians' mistakes and brought appropriate function and stability back to our couch. Also professional and pleasant. His expertise goes much beyond furniture repair. Highly recommend.
